What's up Calculated Investors. 

Hurricane Ian is estimated to cause $70B worth of property damage to numerous cities across Florida.  Commercial Real Estate investors are on edge as they assess the damage.  I hope all of your insurance contracts are tight.   I would expect distributions to pause in the short term for some of these deals as operators sift through what needs to be fixed. 

Rents drop for the first time nationally in almost 2 years.  A physical storm might be just the beginning as investor sentiment turns bearish across most sectors.   

Operators might find capital raising more challenging over the next few months.  Expect an increase in marketing efforts 😂😂.
