Christmas came early this year for investors. The FED announced a 50 bps rate hike for December's meeting.

Which begs the question: Is inflation finally under control?

After 4 rate hikes in a row of 75 bps points, the recent hike is the first "lowering" we have seen since mid June.

While we haven't hit peak rates just yet, hopefully this is a sign things can start settling down in early 23'.

Personally, I'm a believer we are a couple years away from throwing around terms like "settled" and "normal"
